We get a lot of questions. Sometimes, the answers don't come until an emergency caused you to invite us to your house. We're inviting you to our house, and we can get to know each other before there's an emergency. Ideally, we'll prevent one too.
Since we last had an open house, we've answered hundreds of calls-for-service, implemented a new townwide fire-EMS radio system, planned a firehouse replacement, and weathered a pandemic.
A lot has happened, and there's a lot more to come. Let's talk about it in person.
We're your friends and neighbors. Think of this as a neighborhood party.
We'll be doing emergency-medical and fire-rescue demonstrations, showing plans of our proposed new firehouse, showing off our equipment, and talking about what how you can help us and your community.
And, in case you missed it, our fire taxes went up a bit this year. Our fire commissioners will be around to answer questions about that.
We don't have much space for parking, so our friends at St. Patrick Church will be loaning us their field for parking. We'll have snacks, and a good time will be had.

We will be in the community discussing fire prevention and safety. At the end of this week, we will host an open house.
